What Do Ppl Find Helps For Them On Flare Days
Hi Mischelle, I tend to find 2 neurofen and 1 paracetamol plus lemonade tends to help me. Also regular rest and where possible and early night. Even if you can’t sleep, just lying there listening to some calming music.
Rest hot bath and topicals
Hot baths with Epsom salts and lay under a weighted blanket. Along with pain medication for me.
