@A MyFibroTeam Member HI Cathy! I get muscle spasms very easy any place on my body. What usually triggers it is repetitive movement or resistance on my muscles. Since I started taking magnesium it's been better. I take 350mg of natural calm daily. Hope you figure it out and feel better. God bless you!

Good morning Holly, so sorry to hear of your struggles with spasms...
I pray that God gives you His peace & strength to sustain you while we live in hope for a simple solution to your issue dearest.
I don't know if you know of or believe in God, but as a Christian I know I can turn to God at anytime day or night & tell Him how I'm feeling... And my relationship with Him means I find peace & His joy to strengthen me to face each day...
Don't get me wrong, being a Christian doesn't exempt me from challenges where I still struggle at times, but as I love to listen to & sing gospel songs or read encouraging bible verses, I find my spirits are lifted.
And God loves us both Holly & He's there for you too whenever you need to talk & offload how you're feeling..

I have horrible spasms my shoulder blades spasms are hell. An of course it’s the worst at bed time. But I was also diagnosed with tremors of the nervous system in august.

Hi Cathy,, I’m sorry to hear about this for you but Yes,in answer to your question hun. Also get pins/needles,vision problems,fever occasionally,dizziness (had 3 falls in the last 6 months),amongst other things!!! I had a brain/cervical spine MRI yesterday and hoping something shows as I think it’s beyond Fybro and if so,my meds can be changed (I feel at the moment I’m on the wrong ones).
