Unfortunately, yes I do 😔 the pain sometimes can be unbearable and takes my breath away. I don't sleep very well anyway, but this pain makes it worse because I just can't get comfortable. And no amount of painkillers help with the pain. I wish you pain free days and sending gentle hugs 🫂

I get them all together, Mary. Being treated for the osteoporosis helped a lot for that, but the arthritis is affected from the weather for me.
