Out of curiosity, have you been diagnosed with post-nasal drip? Prior to being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia., I noticed at night stuff in the back of my throat, and it felt like I was drowning. After some tests it was discovered that I had GERD. I take a medication to control stomach acid, but if it is postnasal drip, there are likely some other things that could help. I’m just not too familiar with it. Any chance that there’s an allergy that could be exasperating the issue?

Is your specialist able fo try something different to help you? Hopefully, you find some relief soon!

I too have this constantly. It's so much it's disgusting. Awhile back I was tested for allergies and I was so much so that I would've had to live in a box so I quit all of it. The shots add up real quick too. Anyhow I take mucinex and it helps alot but realize I can't be on this forever. Also at nite get extreme dry mouth from taking it. Anyway I need a solution

The Lion Diet is a very restrictive eating pattern that allows only salt, water, and meat from ruminant animals. It claims to improve health by identifying food sensitivities, but it's unsustainable, unhealthy, and likely to cause nutritional deficiencies. You can easily take away foods that most likely cause allergies for 4-6 weeks and then add one back at a time to see how you feel. Some food allergies would be wheat, soy, dairy and for some there is a meat allergy (I have met people with meat allergies), onions, nightshade plants like peppers, egg plant, tomatoes.
