Just my feet. The rest of me is hot š„µ but my feet are like ice. I can not sleep without my heating pad on my feet.
I always sleep with footies on at night. It seems to keep my body warmer and my legs won't cramp up.
Yep, legs do all the time. It could be 100Ā° outside but my legs will be cold as ice.
