Do You Find That Consuming More Salt Makes You Hurt More? I'm Trying To See If I Hurt More When I Eat More Salt Than When I Don't.

I'm going through this. I'm finding my ankles and feet swell when I'm on my feet to much but no extra pain from the salt. I'm also intaking a lot less sugar and caffeine and finding I'm in less pain. Nevertheless the pain is still there. Moving more by walking. I think it just has to do w the barometer for me. I'm in S. California and it's in the 100's w humidity. The ac makes more pain than this heat.
