I Slept At Least 15 Hours Straight. Such Fattigue. What To Do?

This was after I was out for 4 hours. Sitting , and standing. My back pain was Unbelievable when I came home.

I need at least ten hours of sleep each night.

It seems like we either have more of the pain side of fibromyalgia, or more of the chronic fatigue side of fibromyalgia.

I relaxed all afternoon. Didn't sleep but just relaxed.

Sleep if you need it. I mostly sleep 10 hours a night, sometimes 8 plus a nap in the afternoon. Do what you need to do.

I wud go ti bed at 8.30 at night, I slept till 12 midday I knew nothing about fibromyalgia then.
