I Notice That If Doing Chores Around The House I Do Too Much With My Arms, It Takes Two Days For The Pain To Surge. Like A Delayed Reaction.

100% normal. Always a delayed reaction for living life. Hope your pain eases soon

Yes, I have a delayed reaction too. Interesting tho...if its stress or an emotional situation I'm dealing with then I have an immediate fibro flare. And without a doubt those are the most dramatic and painful

100 percent, always delayed reaction and about 2 days as you describe. One thing I would add. In my case the same movements (activities) does not always cause reaction, so I am not always punished. But there are certain activities which are very predictably bring on flares (but not every single time). I don't know why, it would be great to know!
