Myself I suspect heavy physical exertion along with I’ve always had anxiety and depression and now with fibro my anxiety is at its max with panic attacks now and major depression also my break up with my ex is what triggered it to come back . I’m like really screwed up with fibro bad

Childhood trauma. Early life trauma and bereavement is a well known of chronic conditions, especially Fibromyalgia

Like several of you, trauma, abuse, loss of my mother at a young age. She possibly had fibro, too.
Depression, anxiety, PTSD, can come on quickly, and it's a day-to-day struggle to stay
"positive" and "normal".

My doctors all figure with me it was due to multiple traumas. I blame the ptsd

I know exactly HOW I got 'it'! Exposure to 4 of the 7 Cumulatively Disaffective Trigger Sets... Main was a Pathogen - a virus from a co-worker who had a sick kitten...that was the end of my life as I knew it... 33+ years now..
