Magnesium glycinate 400 or 500 mg every evening

I forgot to add that my doctor recently recommended magnesium; she'd just attending a workshop taught by neurologists. She said that there were different types of magnesium and I should try some out and see what I tolerated. Magnesium citrate, for example, can cause some G.I. issues when increasing the dose. So, I'm still in learning mode about magnesium but I've started taking it.

I would make sure that you're not experiencing migraine so that you can get help that's specific to your needs. I hope you feel better. It has been quite a journey for me and it is ongoing, but I was finally prescribed a medication that helps a lot.

My neurologist gave me naproxen for my migraines & I use ajovy injections monthly too. Smells/ stress add to my migraines. Also, when the heat is on it adds y to my migraines too. Hope this helps! God bless!!
