Pain On The Right Side Of Back Below The Shoulder Blade
Does anyone get a pain,right below the shoulder blade in the back the last 2 days I've been in agony I can't even touch the bit that is sore because its so tender to touch and its making me feel sick
Yes ,need rest, also eating a banana or two, taking over-the-counter pain med, hot/cold packs. These back pains are the worse
Its not on my shoulder blade its below it atm but its agony I can't even touch it gently without it being unbearable x
Yes I get shoulder blade pain alot and it makes shoulders and neck hurt too
