I think a bad flare is something that is a fact of life with Fibromyalgia. There are ways to avoid causing this to happen. Like trying to do too much all at once. Pacing is a real necessity and an art. Too much physical exertion is a sure way to cause a flair. Not dealing with stress positively or trying to ignore it can cause a flair.

The flares are a sneaky beast. They can show up without warning. Rest. I hope you feel better.

Fibro does seem to flare at will. It is often difficult to know what the trigger was Darn. I suspect there is no underlying reason in most cases. It is a disappointment when you have a good run and it’s ends. I have recently had my IBS flare after months of it being bearable. I hope the flare passes quickly Darn. Take care.
