Does Anyone Go Through The Day Feeling Drowsy Or In A Dream-like State?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Hixson, TN

I'm unsure if this is a medication or condition issue. If so, what do you do to help it?

No Jenna, but I only take meds to sleep. I try to help my Fibro with livestyle changes - diet, good sleep, moving, stress relief - laughing, etc.!!

It just depends on how much sleep I get. If I don't get much sleep, I feel really "out of it" and nothing seems real that I am doing as I am just "going through the motions".

Sometimes I feel something similar. Like random moments where it feels like I'm just floating through the day. Feels like lost time. I'm on no medications, but I am taking non-hallucinogenic supplements, so i know they're not the problem.

What medication are you on? I get really tired in the afternoon and I can feel out of it unless I lay down, but, that is all. I hope it gets better for you!

I usually feel better but not always. Sometimes I feel drugged. If I can do some exercised or walk it can help.
