Anyone Else’s Fibro Make Them Feel So Sick They Had To Give Up Working ?
I’m so sick and tired of feeling sick and tired all I want to do is go to some form of work and I can’t because I have to be in bed . 😩🤢🥵🥶☹️🤕💩
Something that I've been doing is writing my story in a journal. Each of us have experiences. Several years ago I wrote a short biography of my mother. I researched interesting facts like movies, literature and current events of years that were special to her. I added her experiences and pictures of where she traveled.
As many people age they get alzeimer or dementia. If you know someone you might volunteer to do a book for them. But do 1 for yourself. The memories and research can be cathartic.
If you live in the UK, you should have a Citizens Advice Bureau near you who will be able to advise you on this stuff
I don’t work and I don’t miss it
Yes definitely..!!! This illness makes you a different person and takes away everything you worked so hard for..!! It has really helped knowing that so many people who also suffer (even though I would never wish this on anyone) and understand your struggles more.It has taken me years to just start accepting what my body limits are but even now the frustration of being limited is overwhelming so I do a daily list/prioritse things and if I can do 2/3 chores on that list, however small then I’m in control, not the Fybro 💪.Giving up my job I loved was the hardest and worse thing ever and I have tried volunteering in past years but couldn’t manage that anymore. In answer to the question Trevor,Yes..vomiting and nausea are often related too and I thought it was during IBS flares but sometimes it just comes on unexpectedly..hope you are having a kinder day today and sending best wishes to you.😊
Yes trevor..but i don't feel sick from it, tired and in pain yes .
