I bought a strimmer online. The advert and presentation of the firm was brilliant. Twenty four hour support line. The company took my money for the strimmer and next day tried to withdraw a hundred extra pounds, my bank stopped them doing this. I lost the small amount of money i paid for the strimmer, as part of a so called introductory price. Unofficially the bank advised me not to buy from anyone who I do not already trust. They said the sophistication of fraud is beyond belief. I hope you have not had a bad experience. I now only answer my telephone to people I know. If it is say a hospital calling, then I think they will simply have to write to me. Take care every one.
