Does anyone else use CBD capsules for anything else other than fibromyalgia. I've had fibromyalgia for about 13 years but also have osteoarthritis. I'm due to have another knee replacement which I'm not over keen on as my last one didn't go as I expected it too. I'm trying to minimise the pain with CBD capsules. I'm taking 100mg but it's not even touching the pain. Can anyone tell me if they have tried them for this type of pain and if so what mg you are taking. I just want to eliminate this… read more

Hi ya 800mg entourage which is a combination broad spectrum oil. As before, it's all trial and error. It didn't help my OH but has helped me. 🙏🏼

I usually take 100 mg, but I get mine from the British Columbia Canada government dispensary so it's quality stuff. It's usually enough to reduce the pain from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. Recently I was in hospital and upon discharge I was given a prescription for a pain killer for nerve pain. I've only taken it 3 times in 4 weeks. I've recently been given gabapentin for nerve pain as well. Until July 1st I've not had prescription meds for either fibromyalgia or osteoarthritis. The hospitalization wasn't for either.

Somecbd products aren’t legit. So make sure the company you’re using does third-party testing. I use CV Sciences Plus CBD. Helps with my sleep and anxiety and some inflammation/pain. I also take Tylenol.
Also helps my husband with his eczema. You’re supposed to start at a very low dose and slowly work up through a few weeks time, until you get to the mg where you feel the desired effects. Some people need high doses. You might be one of those people ; they sell up to 3000 or so milligrams. But they recommend you start very low and work up slowly. Hope this helps
