I take B12 mostly because I am a senior and also eat a vegan diet. I have had B-12 shots as well. Our health insurance requires us to have a check up every 6 months with bloodwork and our dr always checks are B12 level.

I know all the B vitamins matter in lots of ways actually. That and Vit D.
Mainly across the board for many health issues.

So long haul covid is one of your many endless craptastic things to try and piece together?

I have a genetic mutation that keeps me from storing b12 so I've been on daily supplements from an early age. I got injections a couple of times before I was diagnosed, when my levels were extremely low. I will say my doc mentioned the down side to taking injections versus daily supplements is that toward the end of the cycle, right before your next injection, your levels will be lower. So with the daily supplements I don't get that decrease. Hope this helps!
