I have a rice filled long tube that I heat in the microwave and drape across my neck and across my shoulders. Easy to make one of cotton.

Hi, I agree with Irishwife. I use a heat pack, this helps me alot.

Yes I do in both shoulders it seems to be getting worse all the time and also into my elbow too .

Achiness & sharp pain in neck and shoulder are the most common pains with fibromyalgia. I suggest to get a neck/ shoulder heating pad. They help! Hope this helps.
