Pelvic cramps and down my thighs could be ovulation maybe 🧐cramps in neck lower back arms absolutly everywhere my pelvic cramps hurt so much I'm having to like move my legs to calm it
Anyone get this I guess this is a flare cause I was stressed and arm was bad today xx

I forgot to mention electrolytes being low too 🙈 but I am noticing magnesium being mentioned on here pretty often. Recently my blood work had low potassium which can also cause the muscle problems. Any low electrolytes will do it.

Stress and dehydration get my muscles flared up, next is eating too much food that triggers inflammation for me, another, not exercising enough. Sometimes even when I'm doing all the right things they still act up. Weather is another factor too.
