I have it so bad I’m bed bound most of my time 😩🤕😵‍💫 doctors have no ideal how much I suffer , they just think I’m in pain and give antidepressants that do nothing for me what a joke. I’m seeking hyperbaric therapy next that’s the referral I asked for

I’m sad to know that they are dismissing your concerns like that and claiming it’s part of your depression and pain.

Yes, they say mine s due to my small fiber neuropathy. There’s different causes, it’s not all from just laying in bed.

Have you talked to your neurologist or seen an ENT?

If the dizziness is short lasting like when you move your head, one issue might be BPPV. You can find the Eppley (I think that’s how you spell it) on youtube.

If your bending over and experiencing lightheadedness, consider adding electrolytes and sat tablets such as vitassium to your routine. They have a discount you can find on their website. Compression around your waist has been known to help to. I buy the hydro mate variety pack off of amazon and add it to a big water bottle. Buoy also has a continuing discount for people with chronic illness.

Susie2 hyperbaric is not just for scuba divers . It helps with wound healing , ulcerative colitis , headaches, fibromyalgia and more.

Yes Trevor your suffering with that intolerance because you are in bed all the time and not moving about much. I've had it but it goes away when you get up and do something. I know it's hard but that is the reason.
