As long as you aren't sensitive or creating an over growth of the bacteria, absolutely effects mood positivity. There is so much research being done on the body's microbiome now. Check out the stomach and brain connection.

I started taking probiotics about 10 years ago.Dealing with UC digestive issues. Ive been sick once since then no colds or viruses till couple years ago. And that knocked me on my feet for a month.

Yes. There is a link between gut health and emotional health. Probiotics can potentially contribute to better gut health, just as eating a variety of whole foods can.🙃🤗
