Uk 🇬🇧 have changed the range recently. Now is this because more and more people are having to have increased doses on the nhs ?

If I'm incorrect, Please let me know, but, as I remember, Vitamins K, A, D, E are the ones that can become toxic, if too much. I always check with my pharmacist, bc vitamins, or any supplement, can interact with meds.

So, I used to take prescription strength Vitamin D. Which is way cheaper by the way. And I do an over the counter B12.

Since you are on the lower end of B12, I would personally supplement. You can over do it, but it’s hard to since we excrete the excess in our urine. 🙃
Vitamin D, I’d ask your doc how high of a supplement you could take. Cause that one you can overdo 😅
You might also want to read about methylated versions as well.
I was taking a prenatal that had methylated minerals and vitamins. My Vitamin D came back the highest it’s ever been and it’s a considerably lower dose than the prescription strength I was taking. Go figure 🤷♀️

Be very careful with Cymbalta. You can't stop it abruptly. Also the withdrawal can be awful if you go off it.
