I have both hot and cold flashes.

They both suck equally and I have a hard time regulating my body temperature as well.

If I get hot, I literally have to have a cold pack that I move around my body and just walk around the house naked cuz any clothes makes me that much hotter. :/

The cold flashes like the hot flash come out of nowhere. One second I'm fine and then I'm freezing. In the middle of summer while the A/C was set to 75, I was in sweats under the thick winter blanket and still shivering. Thankfully the cold flashes don't last as long as the hot flashes for me. The longest cold flash lasted around an hour. I couldn't get warm enough and my body was just shivering away.

I'm sorry you have to deal with that too. It sucks.

Yes, weather changes always affect me especially rain, I'm 72 and start to sweat for no reason or I I'm really chilled, fibro messes up your internal temperature, not fun.

Yes, I often get over-heated and then chills. It's like menopause hot flashes, but I'm almost 60. The ever-changing weather in Minnesota doesn't help either.

I don’t know if a cold flash can be a thing, but I have a harder time regulating cold temperatures. πŸ™ƒπŸ˜œ

Both can get me, but I’m less likely to flare when it’s heat. Maybe because I’m from the south and acclimate easier to heat. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
