Lynnecarol you are very kind and good suggestion. I did see a migraine specialist about it. The best she could say “A typical migraine” because I had no pain. I think my issues related to severe anxiety and panic disorder. Chronic subjective dizziness I was told eventually .

Vera, I'm wondering if you have occular migraines. Mine cause vision distortions, sometimes zigzag patterns, dizziness and sometimes pain.

I developed dizziness before my diagnosis of fibromyalgia. The onset was very sudden along with panic attacks. The dizziness was 24/7, had visual distortions too (eyes was normal according to eye doctor). The dizziness was extreme, brutal, sever sensitivity to motion, balance was off. Took 4 years to recover to a degree when the dizziness is occasional.

I always fainted during my periods, especially in my teens and early twenties.

When I was a teenager I started getting dizzy when I would look up at a tall building. Or at the Sun in the sky.
