Yes I have IBS sometimes constipation so painful and bloated and I get explosive diarrhea. I also have chronic pancreatitis, CFS , fibromyalgia, CHF, had open heart surgery in 2020 etc. stress makes everything worse. Praying for you 🥰

I have found hynotherapy on you tube specifically for IBS. Relaxing helps my stomach, and so do the method of these tapes. Always short lived of course.

I had IBS for 30 years before I got fibro. Stress makes it so much worse.
