Tightness in chest is costochondritus and other symptoms are part of fibromyalgia. Use a free app for sleeping like calm.
God bless!

Flare ups aren't great. I get hot! I'm trying turmeric and magnesium. I'll let you know if it helps. Take care.

I'm glad that it helped you!!

I can't seem to control my body temperature anymore. I used to run hot like everyone would be freezing and I would be hot.

Now after fibromyalgia, I'm always freezing. πŸ₯ΆπŸ₯ΆπŸ₯ΆπŸ₯Ά I don't recognize my body anymore. πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ™„πŸ™„

Hope you continue to stay well!! Flares ups suck!
