I have an over active bladder. Had it all my life. I wear lined pants to stop small leakages showing through to clothes. Plenty of washing and changing of underwear. I had to restrict drinking when I worked. No treatment forty years ago and not much now. I’m waiting to hear if I can have Botox injections in my bladder. I’m 73, perhaps not worth the expenditure, consultant giving me the run around.

I’m always a proponent of talking to my doctor, like others suggested.

Might be worth looking into pelvic floor exercises. Tight and therefore weak pelvic floor muscles can lead to pelvic pain and issues with the bladder. If executed properly it can’t hurt and might help πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

There is a medical condition that can come with the bladder from FMS. I am 82 so they blame it my age I do not buy it alone tho.. I have had the problem for a long time. Wear pads and diapers at night. To be honest, I rather handle this problem than deal with the pain. You come in, in diapers and go out in them as well! lol

Have you spoken to your doctor Lucy? Would you having three children have affected your bladder? Take care.
