I have a electric blanket on the bed and the kids gave me an electric rug. Both are great. Heat packs when 8n a lot of pain.

I have my hot water bottle in a teddy bear cover & rest it on my chest, I am like toast, it knocks me to sleep I had the best sleep ever last njght Lucy I sleep better on the couch then I do In bed, I feel lonely on bed since my husband died it's time 4 a dog Lloyd & Frankie use to sleep on my room, Lloyd used to sleep on our bed. Dog's are very good company. I love that dig below lol

Yes Lucy I have my hot water bottle with me, I'm on the couch down stairs 🙃. Not long woken up.

Somebody recommended a bio gel. The brand suggested was too expensive, so I tried a cheaper one. Really helps with muscle pain for a couple of hours. I find it really useful when I’m woken at night.

I use a heating pad but only when needed. Put on a sweatshirt that will keep u warm. My mom used to used a hot water bottle.
