Anyone Else Keep A "Pain Diary" ? I've Kept One For Passed 3yr And It Helps With Brain Fog To Take On GP And Hospital Appointments.
Hi karenpayton. Yes I understand.. I'm getting worse..so keep trying to do it while I can..I have terrible tremor so I can't even read my own writing most of time now..my bank made me a signature stamp because my signature was changing so much..but my problem there is you have to line stamp up in box on bank forms...I can spend ages shaking trying to get it in centre or it won't go through scan machine ..what a fun...not! Lol
Yes that's exactly it IanScroggy..I'm dreadful on medication remembering.. I can write time down I "took it" someone talks to me..and then I'm...errrh did I just take that medication? In end I leave it incase I did but end up feeling unwell thinking, bet I didn't. So now the trick is...if I remember lol take medication then instantly write it down before there's a distraction π
Carole I hope you have some pain free days ahead especially with this cold weather coming. The coldness causes me so much pain. I only get relief with warmth. How about you?
I've just wrote an update for today in mine BessieJordan..I've got bad tremors again this morning and feel dizzy..if I didn't write it now..by this evening I'll have forgotten especially if they've calmed down..I usually write when I first get up because I'm always same symptoms that ease by lunch..but then write again at night because the morning symptoms are back plus whatever else appeared during day then the constant burning and hissing from tinnitus..could just go on..but that's best in diary.
Hope you have nice day..hugs carole
Thatβs a great idea so that way you know if you felt something a certain day ,and how long itβs been.
