That is hard, friend. And we all go through some form of it.

Learning about boundaries and communication was instrumental in helping me navigate my most difficult relationships.

If you are interested I found this to be a good article.

Yes! Each situation is different, but, sometimes, for Your own health, you have to set boundaries.

There are some toxic, mean, uncaring people in the world. Distance from them is often the best solution, if you've done everything you can do to resolve the conflict, and the person refuses to cooperate, or get help.

My stress level has dropped considerably since Finally applying this solution. For the first time in many years, I'm putting Me first.👍

After going above and beyond for my family, with no care,
consideration,
appreciation or respect, I said, Enough!

Hopefully, Kylie, you find what's best for you. 🙏💜

My sister has parkinson's and some of her family are after her inheritance , while she is alive. /she is doing well, and will live for a long time. And I went into a fybro flare over it. I am very sensitive. But my sister and I are strong and we pulled together.

Kimberly 💗
Some people said this of my mother, but, I suspect, like me, she had FMS, and/or chronic fatigue, maybe other ailments.

She still worked very hard to keep us together, fed, and safe. It's so difficult to understand Why people, even doctors, are so ignorant, and denying.
