Same friend!

Since winter is on its way I’ll be setting up a semi permanent space for puzzles. Not only do I love puzzles, I love the way they make my mind feel.

I find exercise to be the most helpful, but sometimes I struggle with exercise 🙃

Also, being mindful and limiting screen time as much as possible. I think the screens might be turning my brain to mush sometimes. 😳😂

I have been using my iPad to play games. I play crossword puzzles, traffic jam, jigsaw puzzles, coloring, mahjong. I change it up especially when my mind isn't concentration well
