Got Flare Up Definitely
Upper thighs hurt to touch on top of them headache general anxiety slightly . Chest and upper back ache . Weird how my legs ache to touch though but it's one of fibros confusing symptoms I guess . Hope you all ok xx
Have you heard of costochondritis. Often those with fibromyalgia suffer from this condition as well.

Make sure you get plenty of rest and if your not feeling better in the morning, maybe a trip to the doctor's.
If your chest pain gets worse than maybe go to A&E, and get it checked out.
