The colder months always scream soups and stews to me
I love a classic beef stew with a red wine gravy and some roasted potatoes and brown sugar carrots.
I also love a homemade butternut squash soup with maple syrup and pecans, served with a crusty bread and baked to perfection!
I love soups as I can roast everything on one pan and purée together which means less steps and less time in the kitchen when you aren’t well!

We usually do Albondigas meat ball soup is the best way to describe it. Your peaches dessert sounds amazing.

Soups, stews, roasts, casseroles, and comfort foods are my favorites.

Foods that can be prepared easily, as in a slow cooker, or quickly, in a pressure cooker, as the winter months often brings more pain, and bad days, due to the weather.

An added bonus, is the smell of food all through the house. It brings back good memories of days gone by, and how much family and friends enjoyed time together.💙
