Can Fibromyalgia Cause Hyper Mobility?

Earlier, in late afternoon I could not make a fist with my left hand. It’s not 100 percent but still hurts. Anyone else get this in one hand?
God bless!

My hands get very painful and stiff w cold weather. Try the copper infused compression gloves att night. They do help some!

I feel like it does, because there is times I can’t even gripe the steering wheel or even close my hand to a fist. I hope your hand feels better!!!

I think it is more likely that fibromyalgia is occurring along with undiagnosed hypermobility/ EDS. 💙

I’ve had this and in my elbow’s definitely fibro symptoms but always wise to get it checked out I do hand physio thumb to little finger then work your way up thumb all the way to index fingers . Stretch the fingers out and wide then clench a fist . These help my aches and stiffness to go, but make sure it’s not carpal tunnel or you haven’t damaged anything as so many tiny bones!! in our hands x
