Advice On How To Get Disability With An Appeal Letter?
I got denied, even though I’ve got long covid. What should I do? My rheumatologist & neurologist sent medical records to them. It didn’t help!! My therapist is going to write a letter. We’ve got 60 days from 11/18. Please help!
God bless!
Also, my hyper mobility is worse in my right hand than in my left. How do I keep driving with it?
Regarding the lawyer: my understanding is that you don't have to pay up front. If you win your appeal, the lawyer's fee comes out of that. If you don't win, the lawyer does not get a fee. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Everyone gets denied the first time. Keep trying don't stop. Yes have the therapist write a letter, and a family member or friend who is close to you. I am waiting for my trial date. Whatever you do don't give up because you will get back pay When you win!!!!
Irish wife: Do you have cognitive issues with your fibromyalgia? If you can get tested & show defects that definitely helps.
I am fighting this as well. I finally have a hearing in January. I have been trying since March of 2023. I do have a lawyer. I can't afford it either, but most disability lawyers just take payment from your settlement if/when you get approved. That is the only way I could afford it. You may try giving some a call and find out. But don't wait, the sooner the better. They will file your appeal, then help you with everything. Good luck to you. I hope you can find someone who will work with you and you are able to get approved.
Get an attorney. And you always get denied once sometimes twice.
Please Pray That I Get Disability.
