Has Anyone Had Upper Abdomen Swelling/bloating?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I've had this for about two weeks and it came on suddenly. This is the first time this is happening. My lower belly is soft like normal, but upper belly is hard and protruding, I kind of look pregnant. It is not painful, not even to the touch and I feel as though everything is fine digestively. Curious if anyone has experienced the same - any tips or information about what it could be appreciated!

I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing that.

Since this isn’t normal for you I would definitely talk to your doctor about it.

I see you have kidney disease, it’s possible it could be related to that. I hope you’ll reach out to your doctor. 💛
