Man the winters are rough for me. I have been dealing with cold intolerance. What i have been doing is layering up on the clothing. I wear long john shirt and pants under almost everything or leggings and tight long sleeve top. I keep hats, gloves, and scarfs with each coat. I also have several heating pads i use to get warm quickly. I keep hot hands in my car as well. For the nausea I had to get a prescription for zofran. I also use minty gum, peppermint, and eat ginger snap cookies or ginger ale. As for your skin nothing helped me I just waited it out. With fibro as you know things will pass in time. I hope this helped

Iā€™m sorry you are hurting.šŸ’›

I wish I had suggestions for you, but I can only tell you what works for me.

In winter, I have to dig a bit deeper in some ways. Push myself to move my body a bit more than I have to in the warmer months. At the same time, I lean into the slowing of winter, giving myself as much rest and restoration as possible.

I deal with chronic nausea, but I rarely get sick. For that, I focus on hydration, ginger and also peppermint teas, and occasionally a small handful of almonds helps me.

For pain, movement always seems to be the best medicine for me. I try to walk every day and do strength training a couple days a week. I also do a lot of myofascial release and Epsom salt baths.

Wishing you solutions that work for you, helping to ease your pain and discomfort. šŸ’›šŸ’

Look into the FODMAP diet. There may be a connection.

Don't have any help for most of your problems but for nausea I carry fabric softener sheets and smell them when the nausea hits. A mild smell good often will distract my nausea and gag reflex. Good luck!

That is the same for me when it comes to allydonia or dysesthesia pain- distractions til it passes.
