I'm reposting this to get more to the point. My thoughts are if you're like me you might be struggling with sleep at night and rely on some kind of stimulant like coffee in the morning that backfires and makes me anxious and makes me eat more. I have no idea if you're even drinking coffee but that's what I think makes me eat more during the day. It has to do with the way your microbiome feels. The brain gut connection

I constantly want to eat Mark, but I’m not hungry. I read that we are often thirsty but mistake this for hunger. I am trying to eat small portions, because after eating I feel bloated and unreasonably hot. I hope you find out what is causing your situation.

From time to time.

I’ve read that a leptin resistance is common amongst those with FMS, causing an insatiable hunger.

Of course it isn’t the only hormone that can cause this. 🤷‍♀️
