Got headache along with neck ache anyone else get this ? Also got sore throat slightly

Yes, it could be a combination of tension & inflammation.

I have all of those also but with fibromyalgia you also get congestion so my nose hurts and so with congestion it will drain in your stomach making you sick. That is what happened to me yesterday and I got sick. I use sinex saline but I like the orange pills they have it helps me a lot.

Similar symptoms for me are caused by my hypothyroidism. Sore throat and neck, migraine, among other things. Of course this may not be your problem , but a simple blood test will determine that.

Me too thought I had cold or COVID had come off methtrexate not good I had an 80 th birthday party to go to I'm not used to talking to people I'm exhausted had acid on my stomach never had before plus head cold think means I need rest xx
