I lost all sense of taste except can taste salt...also loss sense of smell after a bad flare... How I enjoy food is by its texture...

I stopped drinking soda, lost weight but didn't help with my change of taste. Mouthwash and toothpastes and rinses are ok but nothing gives a long term relief.
