Four Stages Of Fibromyalgia

I read in a book about Fibromyalgia that there are four stages has anyone else heard this? And if there are four stages how can a doctor tell which one you have if there are not any test to diagnose Fibromyalgia?

I never heard of it in all my reading nor has any doctor ever mentioned it.
