I have done some research and see that this might be a more healthy alternative for me instead of all the medications that my Neurologist is prescribing me. So I would like to know from anyone who may have information on this. Or who is using Chiropractic Care. I have had this horrible disease for so long that I am willing to try anything within reason. I have been a physical educator and trainer my whole life. I never use to believe in chiropractor care before getting Myfascial TP pain Sydrome and Fibromyalgia. I see a Chiropractor at least once a month if not more. Because of my now sedentary life and the muscle disease, My hips, spine ,ribs and feet constantly go out. Chiropractor care helps relieve muscle and joint pain a lot. But find a good one!

I go to a chiropractor to get adjusted and then get a 15 minute massage (as approved by my insurance). It hasn't let me cut back on meds but it helps me feel better in general but only lasts a few days or a week. I go once a week

What is a tens unit? Is like a bio stimulator, sending electricity waves? If so, I had my favorite pain specialist in Ca tell me if you have Myofascial TP, it's will numb the area but once it wears off Trigger points can flare worse. He had Myofascial TP too and was the best doctor yet! I did find my condition got worse with stimulator.
