My Arms And Legs Feel So Heavy Like They Are Made In Concrete , Does Anyone Else Have This ?

I feel like my legs are made of jello. I know they are there but I can't feel them when I walk but when I touch the skin I have sensation. My arms are fine but getting shooing pains to wrists

Yes I do and I hate it. My arms feel like they have weights attached. There are many symptoms to fibro that doctors never address, but maybe they can't. I do hate feeling sore and weighted down though.

Yes my arms and legs feel wore out and heavy especially if I use them alot.

yes very common in fibro sufferers I take Thiamine each day it helps with cramps and muscles getting tight but you need to be on them long term to feel the benefits I have been taking them since 1994 really makes a difference.
