Unfortunately sugar is one of the foods on the "don't eat with fibro" list. As is about every comfort food ever created! I gave up sweets in July and have noticed a huge difference. It's very difficult, but all I have to do is remember the pain it causes and that helps.

I love sweets. I gave them up for 8 months and didn't notice a difference. Nor did I lose any weight lol!

Thank you , that answers my question. Now I know why I am in so much pain. I went on a sweet attack, having my private pity party. This is all so new to me, glad I have help.
