Sciatica Nerve

What can I do to relieve siatic nerve? I've been hurting down my hole right leg it's making me want ty cry. I took ibuprofen tramadol and a muscle relaxer.

Use a heating pad. If this doesn't help you need a steroid injection to calm the nerve down

It helps a lot to lie on your back and bend your left leg and pull it up to your right shoulder. Hold. About thirty seconds and then release and bend right knee to left shoulder this helps release the muscles and give me relief from my siatica

My doctor told me no more heating pad he said after a while it will cause severe skin discoloration there are some yoga stretches you can look up that will take the pain away!
