Hi Gwen, yeah it's a real pain, I forget the simplest of things, I also have to write things down or my daughter reminds me what I have to do or important dates lol xx

I have ADD as well, took strattera for a while that helped short term memory. Now on Nuvigil and that's working well enough to keep my job .

I also do this especially if its upstairs and when I go to the shops. Its a nightmare standing there looking lost trying to remember why I went there

I so understand. If I'm going into another room to get something, I keep repeating what it is over and over as I walk to get it !

Short term memory loss makes me run back and forth because I can't remember what I was doing.
