Amazing how I can remember the words of a song from sixty years ago but not why I went upstairs. Sorry you have memory problems Dawn.

Mornin' Donna!! Unfortunately, there is nothing one take for better memory!! I have little pads of paper by each phone, my computer, my bed, and the chair I read in. I write down everything I want to remember. I also repeat these things outloud!! I repeat someone's name, but I am NOT good at names - darn it!! The area around me is changing so much!! I work hard to take in the changes around me so I won't get lost while driving - a real problem for me!!

I too have issues with memory loss, I have reminders on my phone, and I also have notes in my phone to remind me of things I may forget. Gabapentin makes my memory HORRIBLE, I get scared of some of the things that I forget. Most days I have to roll with the punches or be knocked down, I choose to roll.
