I havnt tried myself yet but a friend of mine who has fibro has been glutton free for a month and says it's made a tremendous difference. Less spasms and pain! Waiting to chat with her because I'm thinking of giving it a go. X

I don't know if it is considered gluten free but I can't eat store bought bread and pastas without more pain. I don't know if it is the preservatives or gluten or what but i stay away from them.

I'm debating trying gluten free as well. Muscle spasms and knots are my main issues and I've heard it helps as does taking low dose magnesium which I'm already doing with calcium supplements.
