I've been told I gotta have 4 specialist to handle my Advanced Fibromyalgia.
A Neurologist, a Gynecologist, A Rheumatiodologist, and A Gastrointerologist. Can't 1 doctor handle it ? I can't even afford to go to my regular MD and I can't work can't get insurance coverage. Waiting years on disability.. I won't make it that long... What do I do ???

Have you applied for disability? If you can only afford one doctor, I'd start with the rheumotologist.
Fibro falls under their care. Ask around to see if you can find one who specializes in fibro or at least isn't adverse to treating it. Are you still in college? There may be some sort of aid through them. At one point I needed to go to a specialist but couldn't afford it. We worked out a payment plan. That was a long time ago, don't know if they would still do that.

So sorry that you're having a rough time of it. :( I have a primary, a gastro doc, rheumy and neurologist....oh yeah, and an orthopedic doc too. I am blessed in that they are are all terrific docs and helps me as much as they can. Call Social Services and you might even want to call your local hospital and speak to the Patient Representative. You never know....it's their job to help folks and they just might have the answers to your questions. Blessings....Beverly

After seeing several, mostly because they moved away, regular gp's, and being told that it was all in my head, I saw a Neurologist over 20yrs ago and HE is the one doctor that did the testing and diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia because HE believes that it is a real disease. Been on Neurontin or Gabapentin ever since.

Hi
I have not heard of advanced fibromyalgia but that may just be in the area you come from tho .
First you definitely need a regular doctor that you can relate to in every way so that you are willing to tell him everything.
Secondly you need a good rhumatoligist that will give you the respect you deserve just like what you have with your doctor who will leave nothing to chance .
Thirdly in some circumstances you do need a gynecologist, for me im 52 & had a post menopausal bleed so had tests done my doctor gave me a referral for a gynecologist in the public system so i never paid for it .
So had i not had any bleeding i would not have gone to the gyno to start with .
As fibro is a complex issue it has so many over lapping issues it can be overwhelming but if you get to know your doctor at the very start then they will only want to cover all bases so no stone is unturned.
I feel your pain & frustration praying you get the answers you seek to give you a better way of life ok
cheers my friend 🍷 ps would you mind if i add you to my team? 😇
