Cold Showers

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone have problems with cold showers. That is do they find that they feel more pain than before the shower? I find that if I don't bathe in warm water I feel more after than what I started off with.

Showers in general ware me out so much I try to always take baths but I to have to have mine hot as possible to get down to the bones the water beating down from a shower no matter the temp hurts my skin or muscles and I feel like I have been in a battle by the time I get out and try to dry off
